Stunt Wheel

This morning there was a slight breeze. A stunt wheel is forced by wind. I got the idea from a New Zealand School Journal, I read it in class and followed the instructions to  make it. My stunt wheel didn’t work so well, I tried hard. What I needed to work on was to not colour in my stunt wheel too much, because I might put to much ink, it will soak through the paper. My stunt wheel was about 18 cm high.  Next I will like to make a toy that uses electricity so I can hear, or push it.

Interview With Tainah

Tell me about your favourite movie ?

The Dark Thirt  is my favourite movie because it based on a true story. It took place in Afghanistan. The movie was about people dying there in pain. There were intruders that come to take their land. It was an action movie where there were guns.


What’s your favourite food and why ?

My  favourite food is fruit, apples, oranges, strawberries because it’s nice and nutritious  and juicy. I also like fast foods like, KFC, Mcdonalds because it’s yummy and got fat. I also like pizza because it’s got lots of vegetables and cheese and got crust at the end of the pizza.

What’s a t.v program you hate the most?

I hate a programme called funniest home videos because people get hurt and I think it’s painful and not hilarious. I also hate horror programmes because it’s creepy and scary and some might be based on true stories. I don’t like sad programmes or anything to do with killing because it hurts me, and it feels awful to be the person dying. Action programmes are not my type and painful, sad programmes aren’t my type too.

I really liked talking to you and I really loved your song you are a really good singer to Noah. I liked your photographs that Mrs Carter showed us. Thank you very much Mrs Moodley for allowing us to  talk to your  awesome children.
Thank you Mrs Carter for teaching us to play a ukulele.I felt very comfortable and happy and excited  with room 6 and you.

Netbook Reflection 2012

I have explored working with netbooks for the past two terms. It has helped me type fast and comment on other students blogs much easier. When we write a story we can fix our mistakes automatically. If  we don't know how to spell a word, I can search the word up and it will help me with all of my academics. 

Things can distract me on my netbook like my friends popping up, chatting to people, playing games and listening to music. I really like my netbook, sometimes I'm addicted to my netbook. Sometimes I can't take my eyes off the screen and it's really hard for me to try.

The netbook is very interesting to me. I love my netbook very much and I would love to take it home.
My goal for next year is to learn how to use the netbook properly and improve my writing and post more blogs for my friends to read.
